The Mill is divided into two very separate wings which are joined together at first-floor level.

The West wing originally offered accommodation to a bourgoise family from Chartres when they arrived to enjoy the hunting and fishing.

The mill was built over a hundred years ago, to provide income for the second son of the family as well as a retreat from city life.

The East wing was converted from a grain barn ten years ago.
